Where Insight becomes embodiment

Licensed Professional Counseling

Professional Counseling, Shamanic Counseling & The Threshold Process

Professional Counseling

My work is grounded in my training as a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and mind-body approaches. Over the years, I've come to understand that lasting healing involves more than insight alone. It also asks us to reconnect with the wisdom of the body and create new ways of relating to ourselves and the world around us.

Shamanic Counseling

My personal and professional journey eventually led me to the study of shamanic traditions. Rather than replacing psychotherapy, these teachings expanded my understanding of healing through ceremony, nature, creative expression, and embodied practice.

Shamanic counseling is offered as a separate service. Some people feel called to begin here, while others choose it as a natural next step in their work. Together, we'll explore what approach best supports your journey.

The Threshold Process:

Integrative Therapy, Ceremony & Embodied Transformation

The Threshold Process brings these paths together.

It isn't therapy as usual.

It is a focused, time-limited process that integrates psychotherapy, mind-body practices, ceremony, and shamanic wisdom to help you move through what has been keeping you stuck.

You'll learn to understand your patterns, reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and embody lasting change.

This isn't about staying in the process.

It's about crossing a threshold into a more authentic, connected way of living.
