The Threshold Process: Integrative Therapy, Ceremony & Embodied Transformation

What is The Threshold Process?

It’s not therapy as usual.

The Threshold Process is a focused, 6–12 session experience that blends therapy, body-based work, and ceremony to help you move through what’s been keeping you stuck.

You’ll learn how to hold space for yourself, release what is no longer serving you, and step into the person you’re ready to become.

This isn’t about staying in the process—it’s about changing within it.

All appointments are virtual. You will receive a confirmation & a link for the video conference. Please check your junk mail if you do not receive these emails.
