Live, in-person, structured series of four one-day workshops designed to support meaningful, embodied change over time.
Each day builds on the next—offering practical tools, guided experiential work, and space for reflection and integration. This format allows you to engage deeply while returning to your daily life between sessions to apply what you’ve learned.
